A recognised programme to stop smoking.

Don't replace one habit with another by taking nicotine gum or electronic cigarettes. If people want to, they can use these in the beginning but the real change comes when we become conscious of our habits.

Most people smoke whilst they are busy doing other things or thinking about other things.

This 12 week programme will break the patterns that enable you to smoke so easily and give you freedom from their control over you.

In addition,I will teach people techniques from NeuroLinguistic Programming to make giving up more fun.

For people who need an extra kick start, I can offer 1:1 hypnotherapy techniques.
