Stress Management Programme

This is a 12 week course, once a week, to take you through a thorough assessment and recognised, standardised techniques in Stress Management. In addition you will be taught very powerful techniques from NeuroLinguistic Programming and from meditation to kick start your progress and enable you to deal with everything in life the right way.

You will be given your own information pack, log book and CDs on relaxation as well as a DVD on how to switch off the stress response quickly and easily.

It is possible to do the standard programme as distance learning on Skype or phone.
